Terms of Use

Effective date: 20 October 2026

These terms apply to your use of the NeuroNext website at neuronext.tech (the "website"). By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. About this website

The website provides general information about NeuroNext's offshore IT staffing services and lets businesses and IT professionals contact us. Nothing on the website is an offer to supply services, a quote or a guarantee of availability, pricing or outcomes. Any services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement, such as a master services agreement or statement of work, which takes priority over these terms.

2. Information you submit

When you submit an inquiry, CV or other information, you confirm that it is accurate, that it is yours or you have permission to share it, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights. Submitting a profile or application does not guarantee that we will present you to a customer, offer you a role or place you with a business. We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use the website to:

  • break any law or infringe anyone's rights;
  • submit false, misleading or impersonated information;
  • send spam, malware or unsolicited marketing;
  • scrape, copy or harvest content or data by automated means, except for search engine indexing;
  • interfere with, overload or try to gain unauthorised access to the website.

4. Intellectual property

The website and its content, including text, graphics, logos and the NeuroNext name, are owned by or licensed to NeuroNext. You may view and print pages for your own reference, and share links to them. You may not otherwise copy, modify, republish or use our content or branding without our written permission.

5. Third-party links and services

The website may link to or use third-party websites and services, such as LinkedIn. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

6. No warranty

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful code, or that its content is complete or current. Blog and resource content is general information, not professional advice.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, NeuroNext is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the website. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law or South Africa's Consumer Protection Act, 2008.

8. Governing law

If you access the website from Australia, these terms are governed by the laws in force in Australia. If you access it from South Africa, they are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. In any other case, they are governed by the laws of South Africa. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable country.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the website means you accept the updated terms. Questions about these terms can be sent to info@neuronext.tech.
