Privacy Policy

Effective date: 20 October 2026

This policy explains how NeuroNext ("we", "us") handles personal information. We are an Australian business and handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

1. What we collect

  • Contact and business details: name, email, phone, company, job title, company size and the details of your inquiry.
  • Candidate information: CV, work history, skills, assessment results, references, availability, expected pay, location and work authorisation. Identity and background check information is collected only with your consent and where lawful.
  • Website information: IP address, browser, pages viewed and the organisation your IP address is associated with.

2. How we collect and hold it

We collect information directly from you through our website forms, email, calls, meetings and job applications. We also collect business contact and candidate information from LinkedIn, job boards, business data providers, referees and public sources. Providing information is voluntary, but without it we may not be able to respond to you or consider you for a role.

We hold information electronically with cloud service providers, protected by access controls and authentication. We keep it only as long as needed for the purposes below or as required by law, then delete or de-identify it.

3. Why we use it

To respond to inquiries, provide and market our staffing services, source, assess and place candidates, manage contracts and billing, secure and improve our website, and meet our legal obligations.

You can opt out of marketing at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us.

4. Cookies and visitor identification

Our website uses cookies and third-party scripts, including Google Fonts and ZoomInfo WebSights. ZoomInfo uses your IP address to identify the organisation you are likely visiting from and the pages you view, which we use for business development. See ZoomInfo's privacy policy for how to opt out. You can also block cookies and scripts in your browser.

5. Automated tools

We use software, including AI tools, to organise and summarise CVs and inquiries, research businesses and suggest candidate matches, using the information described in section 1. These tools assist our team. Decisions about shortlisting, presenting or placing candidates are made by a person, not solely by a computer program.

6. Who we share it with

Our staff and contractors; customers, when presenting candidates for a role; service providers including our website host, Supabase (database), Resend (email), Google and ZoomInfo; background and reference check providers; professional advisers; and authorities where required by law. We do not sell personal information.

7. Overseas disclosure

Your information is likely to be stored in or accessed from Australia, South Africa and the United States, where our service providers host data, and may be disclosed to customers or candidates in other countries where they are based. We use contractual and security safeguards for these transfers.

8. Your rights

You can ask to access or correct your personal information. We may need to verify your identity, and we aim to respond within 30 days.

9. Complaints

Please contact us first. We will acknowledge your complaint within five business days and aim to resolve it within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

10. Contact us

For privacy requests or complaints, email info@neuronext.tech with "Privacy" in the subject line. We will post any changes to this policy on this page with a new effective date.
